As a licenced electrician, Tarion new home warranty provider and experienced real estate investor, Peter offers clients expertise in a wide range of areas, including land development, new home construction, custom builds, income properties and re-sale homes. 

​

"Growing up as a builder’s son, it was only a matter of time before I realized my love for real estate.  From an early age my father, a successful local builder, acted as my mentor and helped me to build an in-depth knowledge of new home construction and real estate investment.  Becoming a Realtor® was the perfect way to use my knowledge and expertise to help others meet their investment goals."

Born and raised in Brantford, Pete relocated to Paris with his wife Brianne, where they later welcomed their twins Luca & Gabriella. When Pete isn't busy spending time with family, he enjoys training for and racing in Triathlons, as well as jumping out of perfectly good airplanes - in excess of 1300 times, as part of his role as a Tandem coach and instructor.

As a well-established real estate investor with a passion for developing land and building custom homes - Peter relishes the opportunity to teach clients methods to achieve the highest return on investment, whether through crunching Cap-rates on income properties or creating new opportunities through rezoning and severance.
