Can I rely on the listing information?
Listing content is protected by copyright and licensed by Information Technology Systems Ontario (ITSO). Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by ITSO, and should be independently verified. Measurements, where shown, are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Listings shown are for sale or for lease; the site does not display sold, expired or withdrawn listings. The listing brokerage for each property is named on its card and its page.
The information provided herein must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose, including without limitation any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.
What do the prices and statistics mean?
Every price, median and count on this site is calculated from the asking prices of active listings at the time shown. They are not sale prices and not appraisals. A home evaluation from a Brolly Group agent is an opinion prepared for you, not an appraisal.
Are the calculators financial advice?
No. The calculators use published rates and rules and give estimates only. Your lender, lawyer and financial adviser give the figures and advice you should rely on.
Where do the reviews come from?
Google reviews are copied word for word from the team's Google Business Profile, and the rating and count shown are Google's own figures. Other testimonials were shared by clients with our agents and are reproduced in their own words; they carry no star rating.
Whose trademarks are shown?
The trademarks REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and the REALTOR® logo are controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA. The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and the associated logos are owned by CREA and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA. The RE/MAX name and balloon logo belong to RE/MAX; each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated.
What can't I do with the site?
Do not copy, scrape or republish listing data, photos or content, or use the site for any commercial purpose other than your own search for real estate. Photos are credited on the photo credits page.
